For consistent growth of a company, it is one of the necessary aspects; managing the workforce. Recruiting the right talent at the right time is one such crucial thing that could greatly affect the performance of a company; efficient and skilled candidates can help the company withstand challenging times and perform better. So, HR professionals can be considered the key assets of an organization as they hire and trained the employees for an organization and help it to build a sound foundation for consistent growth. And hence, it can be expected that pursuing a postgraduate academic credential in the field of HR management can be a step forward toward a high-opportunity career path.

I am XXXX (mention your name) and belong to XXXX (mention your country of residence). Starting from my schooling I secured better grades: secondary level studies - passed from XXXX (mention school name) with XX.XX % marks in the year and senior secondary level studies - passed from XXXX (mention school name) with XX.XX % marks in the year 20XX and I continue this till my bachelor's: bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree from XXXX (mention university or college name) - completed in the year 20XX with XX.XX % marks and now, I have planned for pursuing a Graduate Certificate course in Human Resource Management at George Brown College (Canada) for XXXX (mention the intake offered to you by the college to study the course).

The decision of getting my further education in abroad was based upon the fact that to be practically and competently skilled in the respective field of study, international institutions offer better environments; students are made to learn the latest trends and techniques according to modern industrial settings and mostly, offered to learn via learning by doing approach.

Canadian institutions have a reputation for delivering world-class study options in a broad range of fields. In terms of the costs of studying, Canadian institutions have a competitive edge over other reputed institutions in US, UK or Australia etc. Unlike, other countries, a range of study options are available in the field of human resource management in Canada to study according to one's interest i.e. Canadian institutions are offering master's degree courses (2 years long) to diploma or graduate certificate credentials (1-2 years long) in human resource management. Being one of the safest places in the world to live, Canada is one of the most favorable destinations for international students. Alongside all these factors, students can take advantage of post-study work permit program to gain considerable professional working experience in the field of study with a Canadian employer.

Looking through the long list of course providers in the field of human resource management, I felt that the Graduate Certificate course in Human Resource Management at George Brown College would be the best option for me in Canada; being one of the leading research colleges in Canada, it is ensured that George Brown College is among the best in Canada for pursuing higher studies. Courses offered are designed to impart knowledge and skills that are well in line with modern industry trends and research; students are made to learn modern industry-relevant material during the course at George Brown College and are transformed into career-ready professionals  Employers prefer to hire graduates from George Brown College; it has near about 90% of employer satisfaction rates. Taking about the Graduate Certificate course in Human Resource Management at George Brown College, it will help to gain skills in HR planning, HR policies, and program designing, employee training and development, recruitment processes, organizational performance management, and management of labor relations etc. these are considered the core working areas while working in the field of human resource management. Also, a Co-op or internship opportunity would be offered for a whole semester during the course to get enough practical experience and understand the challenges associated with real-world workplace environments.

Finding employment in India with an international academic credential is not a big bar; candidates with abroad degrees or academic credentials have great demand among Indian employers. In India, getting employed with these employers would be my utmost priority: Tata Motors, Reliance Industries Limited, Accenture, KMPG India, Hero group etc. In general, an HR professional (HR Analyst, Recruiter, HR Executive) can draw a starting salary in the range of INR 40,000 to 55,000 with an Indian MNCs. So, getting Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management program from George Brown College would be a great help to me in starting a promising professional journey.

In the end, it is my request to you, issue me a Canada study permit and offer me an opportunity to pursue my further studies at George Brown College (Canada).

XXXX
