Subject: SOP for explaining my future study plans in Canada and future career goals in support of my Canada Study Permit application

After completing my school level studies I tried to figure out the best possible options to me for my further studies and noticed that being from the commerce background (studied commerce subject (business studies, accounting and economics) at my senior secondary school level of studies), pursuing a BBA degree course would be the best suitable study option; with professional qualifications, it is relatively easier for an individual, to find better working opportunities than with traditional commerce degree course (B.Com.).  

BBA is a professional degree course but still at Indian institutions, most of the time, students are put to cram business theories/ concepts and very little attention is given to let them be practically efficient in effectively countering the modern-day business issues or innovating newer methodologies to perform better while working in actual industrial workplace environments. So, I understand this reality and let go of the idea of studying BBA degree course in India and started looking for the options available in abroad countries. 

After deciding to pursue my further studies abroad I felt that an English language exam score would be required for getting admission to BBA degree courses at reputed institutions abroad. So, I joined IELTS Academic training classes and finally, on getting confident about my proficiency in all the modules for IELTS Academic exam, I sat for it and achieved an overall band score of 6.5 with no score less than 6.0.  

And once I was done with getting a decent score in IELTS Academic exam I started looking for options in abroad to pursue a BBA degree course and found a number of institutions in USA, UK, Canada and Australia, offering BBA degree courses. But because of comparatively higher tuition fees costs at institutions in USA, UK and Australia, somehow my attention got aligned towards institutions in Canada; at most of the Canadian institutions, tuition fee costs for BBA degree courses are reasonable from an international student's point of view. Also, qualifications from Canadian universities bear an equivalent recognition and acceptance on a global scale as that from institutions in the USA, UK, Australia and other European countries. Research is a prime component of education in Canada, thus the quality of the curriculum offered corresponds directly to the needs of industries and society. So, pursuing BBA degree course in Canada seems to be more suitable for an international student. But I thoroughly researched further about Canada to get confident about my decision of pursuing my further studies in Canada and found some other factors that clearly signify that Canada is the best option for the same:  Canada stands way above the USA, UK or Australia, counting on the personal safety of an individual.

Scholarships offered to international students make them comfortable in managing their study-related expenses in quite a proficient manner.
